Reiki

Reiki treatments and classes are available at the Naturopathic Clinic of Concord conveniently located at 46 So. Main St, Concord NH with Ami Sarasvati, Reiki Practitioner and Master.

Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is an ancient, gentle, hands-on healing art that can be very effective on its own or in conjunction with other healing modalities. Reiki means “universal life energy” which is the healing energy of the universe. Reiki facilitates deep relaxation, relieves pain, dissolves stress, promotes healing, and is a pathway to personal and spiritual growth. Reiki stimulates your body's innate healing resources, encouraging a return to wellness. Anyone, any age, healthy or ill, can benefit from Reiki. Sessions are done with the client seated or lying down and fully clothed.

On the Dr. Oz show on January 6, 2010, in reviewing alternative therapies, Dr. Oz said, Reiki "is ultimately the most important alternative medicine treatment of all.” His number one recommendation in 2010 was to “try Reiki!” Along with him on the show was author and Reiki Master Pamela Miles, who has been in the operating room along with him performing Reiki on the patient during surgery.
